Advertising design excites me because it combines creativity and strategy perfectly. I love the challenge of crafting visually compelling campaigns that capture attention and drive action. Whether it's a print ad, digital banner, or outdoor billboard, the goal is always to communicate a message quickly and effectively. For me, it’s all about creating designs that resonate with people, spark emotions, and leave a lasting impression.
We were tasked to develop a new product for Starbucks for this advertising project. I proposed that Starbucks has created a new line of colour-scented pencil crayons. Inspired by their spring expressive colours and drink menu. Using their expressive floral illustration.
In this advertising project, we were instructed to choose a social issue to create an ad campaign. The social issue I chose is Wildlife and Habitat Protection in Canada. The campaign focuses on polar bears. The advertisements show the polar bear on an iceberg melting within an hourglass. The hourglass represents how fast time is running out, which is furthered by the dripping and melting of the ice. The habitats of the polar bears are rapidly decreasing.
Client Work: Absolute Human Performance (advertising & photography). AHP strives to be impactful in individuals' lives, so that needed to be carried through the design, with the bold colours and type.
Creation of a campaign to combat social issues (overfishing). Manta's mission is to protect the ocean and its inhabitants by providing resources and education to help control overfishing and pollution. This poster allows you to see what overfishing is all about while using the contrast of the buoy to press the limit.
Hestia Hot Chocolate is inspired by the Greek Goddess Hestia. Who is the goddess of the hearth, home, and family? Hestia Hot Chocolate strives to bring warmth and happiness into a person's home through their humour taglines and bold packaging.
This poster was created for a Research Project, inspired by Bauhaus and Art Noveau styles for the International Children's Festival of the Arts.
